Good packing and nice tree
My first impression is great. It was packaged well. no any damage alao tree was little bit taller them i expected but do not have many leaves. I think that is fair. I keep it indoor for now but will take it to patio a week later. If it survive on winter with a fair growth i will be back and share the images. So far so good.

Quality
It was big and full when it arrived but the leaves fell off when the season changed. I brought it inside and used a small grow light and am happy to say that it's thriving! Covered in new growth, not just up , it's filling out completely.

So excited!
My tree arrived today - about a week sooner than anticipated! It does look a little droopy, from it's trip to me, and bears some brownish, ripped leaves. However, it is probably, at least , 1 foot BIGGER than I was expecting (ordered a 4-5 foot tree, and recieved around a 5 1/2 foot tree). That said, I gave it "a drink," as directed, and can't wait to harvest my very own avocados off of this new, baby of mine! Will update when it starts to bear fruit.

Near Miss - Not Sellers Fault
The tree arrived and the box was in good shape, packaging that retained dirt and moisture was in tact and the tree was at least as tall as they stated and it looked healthy - as in there were even new buds in several places. My wife is the gardener and we have a temp controlled sun-room with many similar plants so our environment was kept about as perfect as it could be. Unfortunately, after 3 weeks of intensive care, it just never came to life. The new looking buds had dried out and there was no sign of growth. I can only assume it was left in a very cold area for an extended time or possibly in a very hot place.Regardless, I was impressed with the packaging and tree - the vendor is allowing a refund so I'll be ordering a new tree and hope to have a successful update in the future.

Size accurate but in poor condition
Because an Avocado tree is a little pricey, I prepared well for the planting. I researched everything it needed to give it its best shot at thriving. It arrived with leaves mostly brown but the roots looked moist, so I assumed it was a little shock from shipping. Within a week the leaves were completely brown. I continued to take care of the tree in hopes it would still come back but the limbs and trunk eventually became brittle and lifeless. Disappointed that it didn’t work out.

Perfect Quality
The tree arrived in perfect condition. It was wrapped well and didn't have any sign of disease or bugs. I received it a couple weeks ago and gave it a really good watering. I just repotted it this week. Doesn't seem to require a lot of water and it is already sprouting leaves like crazy. I'm so excited for my first avocado even though I know it won't be this year. Couldn't be happier. I am thinking about purchasing another tree from this company. Top notch.

Not what I expected
I spent a lot of time and effort preparing the planting site for the Three Gallon Avocado Tree. Due to clay soil conditions near my home, I deliberately prepared the hole at least four times larger and twice as deep as the planting instructions for the tree. I purchased garden soil and peat moss for the planting. The instructions say to separate the root ball before planting. However, the 3 gallon plastic container had a small root ball compared to the pot. The rest of the container was filled with loose potting soil. I tried calling the seller “Brighter Blooms” many times over a two day period to speak with their “Plant Specialists”, at all times of the day. All you get is a message that “this call may be recorded “ and then it hangs up after 5 minutes. The avocado tree that consists of a 3 1/2 foot, 1/2” diameter stick with barely any roots. The seller contacted me and has resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I am happy they took the initiative to make thing right!

So far so good
I ordered the 4 to 5 foot tree. It came in great packaging, but the carrier dropped it off upside down... healthy tree with good foliage. I repotted it and saw a good root system however the stake they used was rotten and the bottom fell off so I worry it may have been overwatered prior to shipping. I do believe this is a great value for the price and so far (a week later) it is still happy and healthy so this is a good review for the company and this purchase.
