Some errors
So far I am pleased with this book overall. However I am only on week 1 day 3, but I have noticed at least 3 errors. The grocery list does not include rice, spaghetti, or sesame oil and the recipes dinners for the week call for those ingredients. If I had not looked ahead, I would not have been able to complete the dinners. This makes me worried for the weeks to come. The positives for me personally are that the recipes are all 1 serving per meal which is awesome as I am just cooking for me. I always struggle with making enough for 1 person without wasting food. I also love how the meals are planned out and prepped. We'll see how the rest of the weeks go!

Great book, complicated diet
This is a great cookbook for folks who like to cook and also know about the Flat Belly Diet. The tips about smart cooking" by preparing early are sound. The photos are terrific. The instructions are easy. The book even gives a shopping list each week to buy for the diet. For me, however, the preparation is just too complicated. If you KNOW you like the diet plan, it's a perfect cookbook. Be sure to research the plan before buying the cookbook! I plan to find someone to give the book to for Christmas -- or I'll donate it to the library BUT it's not the book, it's the diet I know I won't follow.

Wonderful Plan!
I LOVE this diet plan/cookbook/meal prep book! The food is very healthy and delicious. Everything is laid out for you simply for each week: a shopping list, an eating plan (breakfast, lunch, dinner and three snacks), tips, and recipes! I'm only a couple days in, but I know that I will try all three weeks.(Don't my meals look wonderful? They TASTE wonderfully, too!)Note: If you don't like certain foods, just switch them out with something of equal calories. I don't care for quinoa, so I used brown rice. Eggs could be substituted by tofu or cottage cheese, etc.)

Straightforward, easy and it works well
Things I really like about this book:1. It provides a detailed shopping list with the quantities needed. Many items on the list I already have in my pantry which is helpful. I just copy the list onto my phone notes and I'm good to go.2. The meal prep task list is easy to follow and only took a nor more than a couple hours or even less on Saturday to complete.3. The book reminds the reader that you do need to have containers for each meal. These are easily found at local stores in the storage section. I like to use the prepped meal containers that are reusable.4. There is a checklist after the task list to be sure you have completed the meals for the week.5. For anyone who is busy, this is the book to have if you don't want to wade through yet another diet book giving multiple reasons why the diet works. This text is simplicity itself with it's straightforward, "here's the list & here's how you make it", simple recipes. My grocery bill actually decreased because I was not buying things that I didn't need or weren't good for me.I highly recommend this text.

New Pressure Cooker Cook
Have read through the book - I am inspired by the equipment and cooking suggestions.To date I have not purchased a pressure cooker- this is a purchase that I want to make sure is the best choice for my kitchen. Any suggestions?

What a great meal prep book!
I've never been so invested in a meal plan till I bought this, I keep rotating through the recipes, amending where I need to.I love this book, total game changer for me and my husband.
