This powder is good for setting the products that you have placed on your face. After you apply concealer in the eye area, use a smaller brush for around the eye area to apply the setting powder before you start to use eye shadow and/or eye liner. I also use setting powder as the very last step in my makeup process. Use a very large brush to apply the powder on your face. Go lightly. ELF and Real Techniques have all kinds of great makeup brushes at good prices.

Whenever you buy face powder, you have to cover your clothes when you apply it, but not this one. It's neat, covers well, and it's affordable. I have my own brush to apply, it doesn't come with a brush or face pad.
