This was one of the best books i've ever read .I read it twice and let a lady who waz going to a pro choice rally in washington D.C. and after reading never went.

this book is very true and scary if you are not a christian. our world is in a big mess this writer seams to know his bible well .i read all his books.

The title says it all. That the New Age has its roots in Satanism is not news to Christians. It's something we have known for a long time. The Bible speaks strongly about the New Age (which isn't so new at all), as do informed churches, although the politically correct are having them silenced.This book ties together all the tangled strands that are the New Age; cults, Freemasonry, spiritualist churches, astrology, certain sections of the media...the whole bit, explaining their motive and their appeal. The seemingly innocent can lead to damnation.I think this book would be a great gift, perhaps a lifesaver, for a person who is getting sucked into the New Age. If you are a Christian this book may open your eyes to dangers to your spiritual life that you didn't know existed.It is easy to read and I highly recommend the Dark Secrets of the New Age as essential reading for this generation.

If your a fundamentalist Christian or Evangelical this is the book for you. This book will speak volumes to your soul.This book is ultimatley, all true. There are many New Age leaders and groups, they have agenda's and beliefs, and they are advancing and shaping our culture and world. Even some of the new age leader do hate relligion to the point of trying to destroy it (even if by violence) And Christians do (should) believe everything this book says.However, Whether or not Christianity is real, or if the New Age is going to end up taking over the world and everyones going to become a demi-god...Is up to the reader.For the non believer, this book is an interesting and factual read into the beliefs and conflict between two relligious groups if taken into a non personal context.So befor for ordering, you better ask yourself...How's your faith?

A well written introduction to the New Age. What is the New Age? The author convincingly shows that while Christianity is going through varying degrees of criticism that replacement beliefs are being promoted. That unidentified "spirit guides" wish to take control if you let them. That for some decades, a new awareness or consciousness or even the physical manifestation of some being will usher in a pseudo-utopia and/or another step in man's development.An actual look at history shows that these things did not happen but even today, people are being asked to believe something else. In summary: the author cautions Christians to be wary of deceptions, to be wary of strange sounding ideas that promise amazing things, and to watch as they continue to reimagine and repackage themselves. There are people out there who are committed to these things and they wish others to join them. There is real evil out there.

This book is an important tool for the discerning Christian. The author does a thorough job of defining the New Age movement, exposing its agenda and expounding upon the future plans for the syncretism of the New Age movement and Christianity. Some books of this type loose relevance as the years pass; this book has gained significance. The best feature about this book is the meticulous documentation that is provided. If you have trouble believing the authors premise, then research his sources, and you will see that if anything he has gone a little too easy on the New Age movement.Also, this book is a very easy read. It is written in a very plain and common style and flows nicely from beginning to end.
