Summary:An abridged, remastered, vinyl edition of Charles Bukowski Uncensored - originally released on CD in 2000 - beautifully packaged with original artwork and white record. From his early hardscrabble life to his literary success, Charles Bukowski's unique personality came alive through his work. In 1993, the year before he died, this counterculture icon recorded and published selections from his classic Run With The Hunted. Charles Bukowski Uncensored Vinyl includes selections from that recording session, along with candid conversations between Bukowski, his wife, and his producer. For any fan of Charles Bukowski, these recordings are an intimate look at a brilliant and wild mind.Selections included: The Genius of the Crowd, Consummation of Grief, The Poetry Reading, Short Order, The Soldier, his Wife and the Bum, The Most, The Mockingbird, Fan Letter, Luck, Are you Drinking?, You Know and I Know and Thee Know, an excerpt from Ham on Rye, and We Ain't Got No Money, Honey, but we Got Rain.About the Author:Charles Bukowski is one of America's best-known contemporary writers of poetry and prose and, many would claim, its most influential and imitated poet. He was born in 1920 in Andernach, Germany, to an American soldier father and a German mother, and brought to the United States at the age of two. He was raised in Los Angeles and lived there for over fifty years. He died in San Pedro, California, on March 9, 1994, at the age of seventy-three, shortly after completing his last novel, Pulp.Product Details:Series: DUNGEONS & DRAGONSGAME:Publisher: Wizards of the Coast; 5th editionGames & Activities / Role Playing & Fantasy Review: Great Set, though Misleading. - NOTE: I Copied and Pasted my Review from "Dungeons & Dragons Spellbook Cards: Monsters 6-16 (D&D Accessory) below. I felt the same review could apply for both, so I'm dropping it below. Will fix relevant information. PROS Quality: Top Notch. Not only do the cards have all the essential information, but the artwork is great, mostly pulled from the MM if I'm not mistaken and maybe some other sources. I started collecting the Class Cards last year and the quality compared to those are the same. Price: Price seems to be in line with all the other sets I've purchased in the past. I will admit that buying multiple or even all sets at once can be costly. I made a habit of simply adding a deck or two to my usual desertcart Orders and it was far less impact-full on my wallet. After a few months I had my whole collection. Usage: The main reason to buy these is convenience. As a DM, while building my encounters, I would create index cards to copy my creature/ncp information on so that I could have them handy instead of flipping through books to find relevant information. These cards not only eliminate the need for that, they also provide a visual aid for players to go along with your verbal description of creatures if you need. This will save me many hours over the years to come! CONS: Card Size: In hindsight, it should have been obvious top me, but it wasn't made very clear that you'd be provided with different size cards: 2.5" x 3.5" and 3" x 5". Some of the monsters have many actions that require the extra space to include. If you plan to organize these cards with sheet protectors, please note you'll need both the 9 Card Sheets and 4 Card Sheets in tandem. This unfortunately also causes you to have organizing issues. I had to separate my cards into two groups based on the card size, and then alphabetically. This is minor, but still bugs me sometimes when looking for a specific creature and I'm not sure whether it will be in the small deck or the large deck. Monsters and NPC's: As others have stated, there appear to be cards "missing" since there are several popular creatures not included in the deck. I agree that the description here can be misleading, as I too thought ALL monsters in the 0-5 Range would be included but they are not. With a bit of research, you can see that the manufacturer has created two other decks (not yet released) that should fill out these gaps. "Creature and NPC Cards" and "Epic Monsters" appear to me to have the remaining monsters needed to complete your monsters from both the PH and MM, assuming you have "Monsters 6-16" and along with this set "Monsters 0-5" already. Overall, I feel this set was well worth the price. The quality is here, and the added convenience is a guaranteed time saver. Though the description is misleading, definitely look into these if you have a real need for them. You won't regret it. Review: These are like baseball cards for monsters. - I like the items. I have a baseball card set of monsters instead of baseball players. Either way swing a sword or a bat the item cards are really convenient. It's kinda like a casting call and you pick your weapon, person, etc from a card deck. Cards can be shuffled and drawn too. Cards have and always will be fun. D&D could be Dice and Decks. With theater of the mind anything is possible. So I don't know exactly what was in the monster manual that I am missing and I really don't care. I need cannon fodder and I am new to the DM experience. How can I push my players but not break them? I need to ramp up the violence. It's like a spice cabinet of creatures. I think the duplicate stuff may be taken care of on the most recent prints.

Back in my day you didn't have fancy cards for everything, you had to write page numbers down and research, memorize, and reference pages like a real wizard. Thac0 for life, lol Get of my lawn

The perfect gift!
I bought this for my boyfriend and he loves it. We have been using them in all our dnd sessions and our party is amazed with the set. This was the perfect gift for my boyfriend/DM. The cards have detailed stats about the monsters and the illustrations are awesome.

What you get is good, but you don't get everything
I bought this product and all the other creature cards, because I knew that I would like to have all of the monsters. In this deck, I was expecting to have most of the things, with a few things in the beast deck, and a few others in the epic deck. Instead, the distribution of cards was a little bit confusing. The cards themselves are great, high quality, and very useful, but the cards that you get in this pack don't intuitively make sense. I am glad that I bought the beast/NPC pack as well. If you actually want every creature from CR 0-5, get this and the beast/NPC card deck. It still is very useful though, Im excited to use in game

Good cards, weird sizing
These cards are a great purchase. So much easier than writing out stat blocks, printing them off, or flipping through a book. Little tip if you get these and want to put them in a binder, the larger cards are 3.75ishx5.75ish. Get recipe card binder pages, now you're not locked into the overpriced binder sheets this company sells.

High quality card. The only downside is that some monster of ther basix rules are missing, like the banshee. But overall, it can replace the monster manual for cheaper

Algumas das cartas vieram com defeito de fabricação, mas nada que atrapalhe muito, fora isso são ótimas, recomendo como um acessório para mestres.

These cards are really cool. I love the art of the monsters and the ease of the layout. All the information for a monster is on the card and very easily accessible rather than flicking through a book to find the details. There are also some monsters I wouldn't have thought to use but can now add them into my games to make them more interesting. Very well priced too for the amount of cards you get in the box!
