Not ready for use at all
I mean I know it's refurbished but shouldn't it be ready for use when I get it?!! LOL First to charge it took forever but that aside, I have been trying to get it to run properly now for 2 hours! Keep getting "UUnfortunately Google Play service has stopped" and "unfortunately the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped" messages across screen. Woudlnt these issues have been resolved when you tested it?! Now I'm here googling resolutions on my desk top and trying to trouble shoot it myself. Very disappointed in having to "refurbish" this tablet myself.

Wont stop error pop ups, cant bring up apps
Connect to wifi then wont stop error pop ups saying cant connect. Tried multiple wifis and had multiple people look at it

Really not very happy with my purchase.
We have had the tablet for 2 day and it won’t let my wife setup her device because it has an error message that says unfortunately google play has stopped. I had really hoped to open it and put it to use. Really not very happy with my purchase.
