Large pills, but still pretty easy to swallow. I started taking these when my doctor suggested them for my brain health. I can't say I've noticed any difference in my brain functioning or my skin texture since starting fish oil supplements over 6 months ago. I believe they're still helping my brain, whether or not I feel a difference.These seem to be pretty good quality, they don't melt, they don't burst. They don't upset my stomach, but I do notice a slightly fishy taste if I burp after taking these. It's not horrible though.

Product is wonderful. Pills are late in size, but are a gel capsule, so go down easily. I have experienced no fishy aftertaste and as a person who does suffer from reflux, this product has given me no issues. Bottle is also huge, so great buy for the money.
