Dead Yeast
Pitched this yeast 20 hours ago for a starter so I could brew tomorrow and no activity. I was concerned about the distance the package would have to travel (to MN) when I ordered it, but was optimistic when it arrived and it was cool and inside. I was concerned when I opened the package and there was no foam after allowing it to warm for a while before pitching. Missing my local homebrew store (closed its location to be online orders only), so I can’t even run out to get some yeast today.
