Love this for our state magnets! It is very high quality metal and I'm very impressed! This will make it fun for my daughter to learn her States.

I had my eye on this for quite a while before I took the plunge. My wife and I collect souvenir magnets from where we've been together and they have started to take over the fridge. It is very nice to switch over to this nicely sized and colored display board. We've even started categorizing our state visits with different sizes/styles of magnets. The board mounts flat on the wall and the magnet holds perfectly.Big Note: The shiny plastic coating does not come off! On my first purchase, I noticed a small hole in the plastic in one of the corners. I thought it was like the protective plastic that comes on TVs or some electronics so I attempted to remove it. By the time I realized it was not removeable I had made a big mess that no amount of goo gone, mineral spirits, or scrubbing could solve. It was completely my fault so I did not ask for a refund/exchange. I guess that says something about the quality of this thing because, despite my frustration I thought it was worth purchasing another one.... and I'm very happy I did.

We purchased these for three grandchildren, and have been buying the magnets for every state they visited. This is really fun for them, especially the seven-year-old who’s just learning his states and what ties he has to them.It bothers me, though, that the magnets don’t fit more tightly in each space. There’s quite a bit of border around it and the overall effect is quite sloppy. Fortunately, both the classic and the deluxe magnets are the same size, so at least mixing those across the map has made no difference.Also, each was shipped very securely, and is quite a heavy duty map. It feels almost like license plate material!

A lot bigger and made better than I had expected. Have put my state magnets on it for the states I've been to.

Love it. But be careful, the edges are sharp.

I got the map and states for a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. I am very disappointed. Isn’t there any quality control with this company? I will not buy this for my other grandchildren. The western states are way too big for the map magnets, and the eastern states are so squashed on that they have them in the ocean!!!! I am seriously considering not giving it to her. I am so embarrassed, 😀

The man-cave has been enhanced with this metal sign now showing all the states that I have stayed in.Items was well packed and came quickly. Slight bend to one of the corners but I suspect this was the mail carriers fault rather than the supplier - it was easily fixed with a hammer and a block of wood.
