These were very easy to trim to match the size of the soccer cleat insole. They fit great as an insole replacement and were very comfortable. For reference: these were purchased for flat feet, men's size 11 soccer cleat.

Bought these due to foot pain while playing in football cleats. They definitely made the foot pain go away and helped me realize I have more issues going on mechanically from my hips through my legs. Checks off one box for sure.

I appreciate the quick ability to return the product. Unfortunately, after one wear, the insoles started peeling apart, and did not provide the intended support for cleats during use.

These things are stiff as a board and break as soon as you put them in your shoe.

I tried them in the store they seemed to fit my arch well and good support. But, after wearing these just for a few hours they turned hard as a rock. For 60 dollars you can do alot better. Theres a brand called Medi made in germany and they are almost as good as custom made.
