I love this stuff so much they give you so many in a pack so it lasts a decent amount of time. They were out of stock with it for a short period of time so I ended up switching, but that one worked as well. They just only gave me 30 capsules for $20 but I love this brand because they give you 60 for $18 and it’s such a great price. It helps so much and not gonna lie after sex putting this in helps just to level Out anything that may be off and after my period it balances everything anytime I feel any discomfort, itchiness or yeast infection that could be coming. I use this and it goes away. I haven’t had to go to the doctor for any type of bv or yeast infection since I started using these so it’s been amazing for my vaginal health. I love this stuff I will never not buy it. It has changed my life. I don’t know about other women. I honestly don’t use the adapter. I just shove it up there with my finger and that works just as fine. I use it at night sometimes or in the morning doesn’t matter and you will have it come out, so I highly recommend wearing a pad But crazily enough after putting it in if I have sex after it’s like way more slippery. So I’m not sure what he does but it’s helped in all aspects of my sex life and vaginal care. :)

Ladiesssss look no further !! This the 1 !! These may be the best bc of the added ALOE VERA & Probiotic Enhancement !! I’ve struggled with BV off and on for the past two years ! Antibiotics did not work I would always get a yeast infection right after ! I’ve tried soooo many different brand suppositories but nothing would last!!! It was embarrassing although the smell down there wasn’t terrible it was just off and it wasn’t my normal smell , it’s like I could smell it coming before it was actually here !! But these suppositories are GOD SENT LITERALLY!! After 7 nights of using smell completely gone I mean nothing ! Just like water! I noticed they were working after day 2 (just wanted to be sure) I highly recommend using right after sex , first thing right after your night shower or early morning shower either one ! It doesn’t leave that thick discharge in your undies either so it’s safe to use no matter what time of day they say night time but to each is own right ! This product is the best boric acid I have used so far. It is fast dissolving which is very important because a lot of the other capsules take forever to dissolve. As soon as you use this product you'll notice an immediate change. I like to use this product after my period, but you can most definitely use it whenever you have any itch, discomfort, infections, or want to balance out your PH. For the best results use for 5-7 days consecutively twice a day (Morning and Evening).

This product is works but doesn’t cure bv it’s only a band aid you should seek a doctor to cure the bv with antibiotics then use this to maintain your ph balance. Also sad it didn’t come with the applicator.

*** Warning, graphic review*** I had recurring BV that my gyno treated with Metronidazole vaginal gel. That stuff caused cottage cheese like discharge and itching, and eventually threw off my PH balance down there so badly that I would either get a yeast infection or the BV would come right back as soon as I stopped treatment. It was a vicious cycle. What a life changer these pills are!!! I followed the instructions of a 2x daily dose initially for about 5 days. It completely cleared my BV and restored a healthy bacterial balance. The reusable applicator makes insertion easy and I just rinse and air dry it. For maintenance, I pop in a pill as needed, maybe 2 to 3 nights a week. As soon as I notice even the slightest "off" smell, usually after intercourse, I will remember to use these, and it literally will get rid of any odor overnight. It will cause a slight, clear discharge in the morning, but it's minimal and odorless. Nothing like the stuff you deal with on the antibacterial gel.

Why did it take me so long of dealing with BV to find this product! I have tried everything from Queen V (the new formula with borax instead of boric acid) to Replens. Nothing worked. 9 months of one long BV infection and countless days of stressing over what to do...feeling of needing to pee ALL DAY...dryness...burning...constantly. I’m 3 days in and I feel nothing no symptoms! The smell is gone! I’m finally free! I’m thankful for this product and I’m gonna stock up before they change the formula like Queen V did...not saying they WILL but not taking any chances! If your struggling with BV buy this! You will not be disappointed.

They work perfectly!! But the expelling part of it makes you have to wear a liner for a few days. Its uncomfortable and messy, but the results are always great. Its not as easy to insert because its so dry. If moistened to insert, it falls apart. Its also a pain to get all of the way in. I recommend using it midway right after work, so it expels as you sleep. (Wear a liner)

I previously used a vaginal pH balanced gel that stung, was messy and leaked when lying down in bed. I liked the natural ingredients of this product, apple cider vinegar, which is the correct acidic pH, for freshness as needed—maybe twice a week and what I think might be BV or just an unpleasant smell from menopausal atrophic vaginitis. No more Candida creams or antibiotics. This was the right product and right price for me.
