I took this product each morning (about 10-12 drops) in filtered water. It's important to shake the bottle very well because it has a notably uneven flavor if you don't disperse it. After a few days, I started taking it twice a day and that's when I noticed It has improved my focus and concentration and given me greater, more sustained energy. The first time I tried this it was too strong but it may have been user error because the second and subsequent times it was much better. So if it happens to you keep trying.

Third variety of fluvic I've tried. Easily the weakest. Great hype on the sales pitch, but the product is lame duck.

I like that this product is made by an actual California family and is produced in the USA from actual ancient USA humic shale. Reality check: 90% of products sold here are from chinese companies with NO proof they are actually selling what they claim, and NO evidence they are safe. Which I think is crazy. Optimally organic is a legit USA family run organic superfood leader with 20 yrs of building a stellar reputation. This product has made a major impact in my overall health. My brain is functioning at a higher level and I feel more positive. it has increased the intensity of my workouts. I also take their red pine needle oil, which is a must have in my opinion. Their products are really concentrated, making a 2oz bottle an incredible value. I recommend this for anyone else looking to dramatically improve their overall well being.
