Cambridge Telluride Indoor Double Reclining Console Loveseat, Space Saving Deep Seating Couches for Living Room, Family Room, or Man Cave, 100% Genuine Oxblood Leather Small Couch

The furniture looks beautiful. Bought two of these chairs, But, did not receive any instructions, no packing list and no parts list included. Reviews state is easy to assemble, then again, we have NO instruction sheet. Can anyone help, or lead me to who to contact? The amazon customer service gave me a phone number, which is out of order, and email belongs to cambridge air which is NOT the furniture company. I just want to assemble the pieces with a peace of mind that we did it correctly.

The Recliners were easy to assemble and they are so comfortable. I purchased two and they arrived quickly. I really like the leather tone and it compliments the other furniture that I have.

We are still just loving this new living room set. It’s impossible to believe we got something this high quality for this price! We priced this same set in a few places and you beat the price over 1000.00! We are thrilled with this purchase!

Product arrived about 10 days late on an 18 wheeler to a residence. Wound up unloading into a pickup truck from a main road to my house. I received no manuals or warranty paperwork. I also received no assembly instructions and was never told that it had to be assembled. Love seat is missing a center section. Very poor quality for an almost $5K purchase. Do not do business with this company! I should be compensated for this!

Pros:Very comfortable. Good quality. Good value.Cons:Minor shipping damage due to poorly packed product. It barely fits through a 36" door and parts had come loose inside the box so I had to take it apart prior to bringing it into the apartment.The foot rest spring is very tight. closing it takes some leg muscles and a fairly hard reverse kick. I assume the spring will relax over time but I would think twice about buying this piece for household with elderly people or young children.I would buy this again.

What I didn’t like was they wasn’t going to bring the couch in but because I was a woman he tried to bring it in. It had to be taken out the box and they don’t do that so just so happens my neighbor was home and we took it out the box and we bought it into the house You on your own putting it together which wasn’t a lot. It was fast to put together but it’s a beautiful couch. I love it. I’m glad I bought it. It looks just like the picture.

Don't know what kind of leather this is. The chair sits too high and the foot rest is terrible to the return position. These China chairs really don't American sizes. I am six foot and 230 pounds and the chair doesn't fit me like the old replacement. The delivery was a mess with only one man delivery and he wasn't very good at the delivery. For the money this is a bad buy at $799.

We LOVE this set. Please note they are NOT wall huggers. The love seat is rocker recliner. The sofa has a recliner on each end. They are genuine leather. Extremely heavy…like no joke it about killed us trying to lift them. They come very well packaged and shipped. Either have a few strong guys or pay extra for delivery into room of choice, I did that with the larger sofa and it was worth it. Two grown men could hardly do it so yes it’s heavy. The color I feel is a beautiful cognac. They are large furniture and very comfortable while on the firmer side. I feel they are worth every penny paid very very satisfied with buying this and the price for genuine all leather. The leather is really nice and they do not look cheap.
