The description claims this device is 3 watts, yet when I plugged it into a USB power analyzer I only got 2 watts power.I have confirmed however it does give off UVC so I won't rate it completely badly.

Device won't turn on even when plugged in. There's a rattling sound inside the plastic case. Doesn't work -- what else is there to say?

It's too small and fragile. if you ask for a refund for this product they are going to deduct $15 from the whole amount.
