The product is absolutely fine and works very well for its purpose. What is EXCEPTIONAL is the OUTSTANDING customer service! When I emailed a question they answered within one hour. When I emailed a second question, they also answered within an hour. I was so pleased and delighted that I wanted to share that fact. I would be comfortable buying anything the company sells because they really care about the customer.

Liked it. Comes with pinch clamp (which is an extra - you might not need it) plus the 90 degree shut off value. The value is a very positive way to shut off the flow. One nice to have would be something to help attach the hose to the enema pot fitting - a rubber reinforcement with wings to help you twist on the hose. It not bad pushing the hose on but something to help twist it on would be good. This hose seems very impervious to coffee - stays clear. Nice product! Works good for me.

At first I hesitated bc the tubing looked blue and not like my other one I have had for over 4 years! It is a softer silicone but when it arrived i cleaned it and first thing I noticed is that it was super easy to slip onto the can nozzle! MY other one had become hard and not as flexible if it ever was... I don't remember! I always am concerned about plastics and I wish someone could guarantee that is is not only B'PA free but NOT TOXIC in any way. You have to trust when you are using invasive products...especially now they are putting toxic things in EVERYTHING... including food!!@#!

The tubing size is larger that most tubing for enema buckets and that is not clearly stated. Because of the nature of the product it cannot be returned or replaced with correct size.

I was very satisfied with this enema hose. I do not like the yellow clamp, so I had a bit of a problem on how to replace it with the regular clamp. But, I emailed the Company and they answered me right away and solved the problem. It fitted my 4 quart enema bag perfectly. Also, their customer service is more than 5 star rating. Thank you Sophia for all your help.

Quality product and with open end bag, cleaning couldn't be easier. Most notable is the shut off valve is easily opened or closed with one hand, unlike others that look similar but are a pain in the #@$. Yes, I said it, cuz who really has two available hands at that particular time!
