I have only been using it for 2 days, but I could immediately feel a difference in breast pain. 23 years ago, I went to an Oncologist due to breast pain and heat in my right breast, and he recommended Evening Primrose Oil, and it has always worked. I haven't had the pain for many years, but when it came back, it came with a vengeance. I ordered these after a few days and got them 3 days ago. When I wake up, I have pain, but within 30 minutes of taking these the past 2 days, the pain subsides. I know it will be gone after taking these for a week or so.I read a few other reviews here and learned a lot. Thank You ladies, for explaining your experiences and reasons for taking these <3 I now have greater insight into the factors causing this pain and how to handle it naturally.This is an oil-filled capsule, so there is no taste, and they are easy to swallow even though they are large. I have problems swallowing pills that are medium to large, but I have no problems swallowing these large oil-filled capsules.

I’m currently 9months pregnant and 36wks along. I started taking these per my midwife’s recommendation. This will be our first and I’m going to try and go natural if I can. I’ve been taking these, along with 6 Dates daily, a couple Okra capsules 450mg, and raspberry leaf tea twice a day for the past week and a half and when I went to this last Dr Apt, they said I’m thinning nicely and already a fingertip dilated!They confirmed, none of these things induce labor but are evidence backed and proven to help your thick cervix to thin out and shorten pushing and labor time making things a lot easier on your body when it does decide to go into labor. It helps balance hormones and anxieties and can help with the postpartum and nursing side of things as well. I’m really happy with these as they’re easy to swallow, kept very natural and pure, and are effective! I take it at night so I’ve never noticed any upset symptoms, on the contrary, I find I sleep deeper with better dreams. Such a win for me!Update:I take Fluoxetine or Prozac for anxiety and learned that this supplement blocks it’s effectiveness as well as a couple other types of meds - do your research first. I had to stop taking the primrose oil so that I could function peacefully again. It instantly made a difference. I’ve also learned that this should be an intermittently used supplement as long term use can lead to inflammation and blood clotting problems. It’s best used for short durations typically around periods(PMS) symptoms and end of pregnancy etc. Just thought I’d pass the info along in case it applies to anyone else.

I really wanted this to help my sleep first and foremost. It doesn’t help me fall asleep but it may have helped my quality. I can’t quantify this as I began taking other vitamins and minerals. I can for certain say that this absolutely stops body temperature fluctuations and heat flashes in its tracks. I tested this over a period of several months as I am getting to that age.I didn’t take it regularly until the temperature changes became unbearable and constant. Several weeks I tested the results to rule out placebo effect and each time I went longer than a few days I would get worse and worse symptoms. As I tested I noticed that all of these symptoms would disappear by the first (usually) or second day (for bad symptoms or longer times between taking).I can manage all symptoms with only 2 capsules every 2-3 days and not have the symptoms return.Not sure if this helps for being cold or again if it’s the added supplements but I find that I am not as chilled as I used to get. I would have to boil myself in the shower or snuggle under my heated blanket set to high to finally get warm. I still love these but medically not as necessary as a simple comfort action most days.I recommend one start these at the first sign of changes. I think they will help regulate mood as well because face it when we are miserable, everyone around us is miserable. Take to save your sanity!

The item arrive very fast. No problems. Im like 4 days taking the capsules. I am not feeling anythig now, but i know i need weeks to view results. I broke a capsule, and the oil those not have any smell at all, and i read primrose oil has a caracteristic smell. I am puting some on the face at night and in only 2 days i saw my skin better. i wish this company sell this not only on capsule, but oil too.I will update my review when see more resultsupdate aug-22-15This is my second bottle. I didnt feel any changes on my mood (maybe because is not a big deal for me). But my nails hair and skin is so soft and healthy. My boyfriend is taking it also. He had Hypotoroidism and with his medication feels better. I take 2 capsules daily. And every other day or 2, i broke a capsule and put some of the oil in my face neck and chest. The better hidrated you have your face the less cuantity you need. I star with 1 capsule for 2 days, and now 1 last 3 days. I didnt do it everyday, because i used previuosly sweet almond oil. And is great to alternate with. I am also taken the biotin capsule 10,000mcg one daily from 3 weeks(from sport reaserch also), and the improve is amazing.I also bought the astaxanthin of 12mg for highest potency.
