Interesting!!! Portion control but no instructions so does protein mean a red box of yoghurt, nuts, chicken??? I did a selection of overnight oats and it was a big bowlful fir breakfast but it felt right Oats in The carb box Kefir in the protein box Raspberries and a small apple in the fruit box and Almonds in the tiny yellow seed/sauce box

I bought these containers not for the purpose of controlling portions for myself but to actually send in lunchboxes for my kids lunches. Size wise you can have an idea from the photo I posted when compared to a banana or even the size of the marshamallow in the smaller container. So far these haven't leaked but I have never sent anything too liquid - it usually goes well with tomato sauce in beans or pasta. The bigger sizes are perfect for sending a portion of pasta or beans. The medium sizes are good for sending fruit like mango pieces, blueberries or grapes and the smaller size is perfect for sending a treat since my kids are allowed a something sweet in their lunchbox on Fridays. So far I am happy with this product.

I used these once or twice it’s a lot of hassle putting food in this then on your plate plus it ends up freezing I guess it gives you an idea of quantity some pots are a good size others are tiny like the pasta one

No instructions of how to use these as part of a diet and they are so small you would starve to death.
