2 sizes of capsules and some empty
My order was waiting for me when I got home from work yesterday so didn't get to open till today. What a disappointment to open and find several empty capsules and some where even half the size of the others. Didn't come in a bottle but in a plastic zip lock bag and even had written on the envelope what was inside so my postman knows my business which isn't a biggie but i don't want my personal life splattered around my small village lol. You get what you pay for I suppose so I'll use them and look elsewhere for another. Unimpressed with this product so far but let's see what happens hy the time I finish the pack haha

Excellent product
Started taking Collagen supplement after I had plantar fasciitis and read an article by a surgeon who had it recommended by his GP for the same issue. Have been taking it ever since and had no repetition of the problem. May be coincidence but my leg joints have been much improved since taking it, and I am back to my normal level of exercise.
