Did not grow
I ordered these several years ago, and I am still waiting for them to come up. Not a single one has come up in all the years I’ve had them planted.

Healthy looking plants
The dormant plants arrived looking very healthy. Only time will tell whether the plants bloom next year which is the reason why 4 stars not 5.

Bulbs look healthy, without cracks or blemishes.
Purchased these for our daughter’s lily garden which is a memorial garden for a precious 3 year old Lily taken from us way too soon. This later bloomer will complement her existing garden and bloom closer to our Lily’s birthday. They are a beautiful lily in the amaryllis family. The stem and flower bloom first in stark beauty and afterwards the beautiful green leaves emerge. It is a sight to behold. Getting more for myself! Thanks!

This review is about the delivery
The bulbs are great - will not know if they grow until spring. However, Amazon packed a bare bulb with another item resulting in a bashed about bulb & dirt all over the other item.Duh.

Surprise Lilies
I planted these Surprise Lilies in the cemetery between my in laws and my husbands grave sites. They were beautiful healthy bulbs and hope they grow into beautiful Lilies next summer. My husband and my in laws loved the Surprise Lilie.

Healthy bulbs. What is the Latin name?
The bulbs look healthy. I'm curious if these are the same plant as Amaryllis belladonna? The tag did not include a Latin name. The instructions suggest Fall planting but online resources recommend Spring planting. I'm in zone 8.
