I agree with another reviewer that the book needs editing. Pg 169-170 mentions potatoes in the prep but not in the ingred. listi think the ideas are basically good, The Chicken Mediterranean was quite good as my first try with the book. Today I am trying the Butternut rosemary sauced fettucine. The sauce tastes divine, delicate flavor and not hard to make.I tried to e mail the author but the address was rejected. She encourages input but how do we get there. Happy spiraling a new adventure in cooking.

There are some wonderful combinations and ideas
Editing errors abound! There are some wonderful combinations and ideas; however, I am not feeling as confident after briefly perusing and seeing errors: A few include the Chicken Tetrazzini which calls for 1 cup flour which is never used, Creamy Prosciutto and Peas that has a forward that says it uses butternut squash noodles and it uses zucchini, directions to directly add flour to a hot broth to thicken it (which will result in a gummy flour ball), inaccurate prep times, no directions on whether vegetables are to be peeled or not, (having never used kohlrabi, does one peel it?, I don't know) and an odd practice of listing a spiralized vegetable as an ingredient and then in the instructions, directing the cook to spiralize the vegetable. With many people using spiralized vegetables to eat healthier, it would have been nice to have the nutritional content provided for each recipe and an index.

Formatting is a Major Inconvenience
I'm thinking publishers are making Kindle cookbooks as inconvenient as possible to discourage cooks from purchasing them. This book ranks right up there as most inconvenient.. It has a Table of Contents which only lists major divisions of the book. If you click on ""Main Dishes" you are directed to a list of main dishes. This list is not interactive so you must then painfully page through the cookbook to find the recipe you want. The ingredient list generally is on two pages because of the double spacing between ingredients. That means you have to keep paging back and forth between the recipe directions and the recipe ingredients for the quantities. Your best bet is to hand copy the recipes to prepare them. And because the recipes run for several pages it is difficult to get any idea of what the dish will be like. The whole thing is so short sighted on the part of publishers. I get the Kindle versions to determine if I want the paper version. But this kind of formatting just puts me off the whole cookbook. Publishers! Realize it is easier and less expensive for me to go on the internet and find recipes that I can print to use. I don't need this nonsense!

A good"starter" Spiralizer cookbook
This is a good beginning Spiralizer cookbook. Unlike some of the other books, this one has some good pictures in it which I like. I do wish they had gotten more creative in the uses and recipes, but I guess that's fodder for another book. lol It was nice seeing some of the food combination using vegetables as a base. So in that respect, the pairings were interesting and like I said, it is a great beginner book.

Make the most of your spiralizer
I must admit that I'm not the best cook in my circle of friends and family, and especially so when it comes to incorporating my spiralizer into a meal; but even I was able to pull off some quite impressive dishes so far, which is definitely due to how easy it is to follow the instructions (I highly suggest trying the Chicken, Sweet Potato and Brie Galette recipe). The recipes are concise but also easy to understand and replicate, many of them can be adjusted to fit any kind of particular tastes. My favorite part about this book is that the recipes all revolve around a healthy basis without surrendering taste, definitely a good combo!

No Food Pictures?!
Simple recipes that are easy to follow; however, I just wish there were some pictures to go with them. Huge downside of the product! I gifted this to my boyfriend's mom and I think she would have been more excited about it if there were photos of the food to go along with the recipes.

Good purchase
We got the machine and thought the book would help us out in deciding what can and cannot be used. It works. It has given us a lot of ideas in what to use with the machine. It's really NOT a cook book per sae (?), but it has helped us and is worth buying. Would use seller again. Amazon Prime is a wonderful service. Love the two day delivery. It has most certainly helped us when we've needed something quickly for whatever reason pops up.

Not bad.
Disappointed no pictures and how many recipes are courgetti :( but that's personal taste - the recipes are straight forward easy to follow and well written. Great ideas for pasta sauces etc.

Not compelling
This book didn't inspire me at all - it was more a pursuit of uses for a spiraliser

Uninspiring
Not very inspiring. All images are in black and white, which doesn't help.
