All around great product
Love these and order these faithfully! My 8yo son is special needs (autism with IDD) he is a short and chunky little guy (100lbs) and it's hard to find a size that fits him. The goodnites brand in size xl were getting a tad small for him and are getting harder to find in my area. He is also extremely picky about the brands he will wear. If he doesn't like the look or feel he will not wear them. These are lightweight and fit perfectly. They do leak once in awhile but he is a heavy wetter and it mostly happens at night or in the am when he's held it for a long time. My older 10yo son (not special needs) has night wetting occasionally bc he is such a sound sleeper so he wears them once in awhile when he's had a lot of fluids before bed. They fit him perfectly as well and he is only 74lbs so the size is versatile. He also says they feel the most comfortable and closest to underwear compared to other brands. Another plus is that my order always comes early!

Nearly as terrible as all the other brands of youth/adult diapers we've tried
After trying multiple brands of diapers for a special-needs child who wears US size 10-14 children's pants (this search has been ongoing for a while), I've come to the conclusion that diapers for bigger kids are simply designed by people who have never had to live with them in reality. These Curity/Cardinal Health diapers are the best (the least bad) I've found, but they still have vastly inadequate gussets and they slide aside in the crotch and seat during normal movement during the day, allowing both liquid and solid waste to fall right out all over everything as if the diaper isn't even there. Our household is soaked in urine and feces because of these diapers, and they're the least terrible ones I've found. For some reason, this only happens with these larger-than-"standard" sized diapers, regardless of brand. We didn't have this problem until she outgrew the largest Ninjamas and we had to start trying adult brands. NONE of them fit right and keep wastes in. NONE!!! And yet they cost more than the smaller diapers that actually WORK! Also, these Curity/Cardinal Health diapers have their padding inexplicably divided into 3 sections from front to back, separated so they don't absorb from one to the next. Any urine that hits only the middle section STAYS in the middle section--it doesn't spread out into the rest of the padding in front and back--so the diaper overflows instead of using all of its absorbent capacity. It overflows while 2/3 of its padding is dry, and thus it has 1/3 of the normal capacity of a diaper its size. Who had THAT bright idea?! This is the second stupidest feature I have encountered in 13 years of diapering children (the top stupidest one being a lack of worthwhile gussets). I would absolutely not keep buying these diapers if I had any other choice. But I don't.

Very leak proof, highly absorbent, comfortable, and perfect for my bed wetting 4 year old
These youth pull on diapers were the perfect solution for my 4 year old, 63lb, son who is perfectly potty trained during the day, but who wets the bed at night. He loves to wear them and always tells me how good they feel.... I buy the lg/xl and they fit him perfectly... He has never leaked out of them and they will hold a huge amount of urine! This mom is so happy not to have to wash a pile of laundry every morning from the bed wetting and also my boy isnβt waking up 2-3 times every night soaking wet... not to mention too early in the morning because of being soaked. Thank you Curity!!!
