It fits my Velbon PH368 head perfectly. I mounted my small LED projector to it. very secure.

This was a perfect fit for my tripod head, even though it is a different brand than a Velbon. Mine is a Kingjoy VT-1500. The fit is excellent, no looseness and a secure tight fit. I bought 5 of these, to attach binoculars, a 102mm spotting scope, and several cameras for quick and easy changes.

After losing the original I was delighted to put my tripod back to work. Well made.

This unit is fit for most purposes, but the buyer should understand that sometimes when you attempt to connect this QRP (with the camera mounted ) to the tripod, you will be blocked from doing so. This is because the small swing-out-wing on the underside of the QRP (Quick Release Plate) will still be in vertical position. This blocks the camera+QRP assembly from locking into the tripod. This sing-out-wing is to give you leverage to tighten the attachment screw for attaching the QRP to the camera.If you know what is happening, this is not a problem. You just swing the sing-out-wing back to the horizontal position. and everything works. But it can be extremely frustrating if you don't know why your camera won't lock into your tripod. One of my helpers, broke the QRP because they did not figure this out and tried too hard.

This was exactly what I needed for my tripod and camera. It is exactly like the one the tripod came with that I ruined by trying to take off the camera ( I tried unscrewing the camera instead of detaching the quick release that holds the camera and unscrewing it from the bottom). I shredded the cork, now I know better. This new one is perfect .
