Q: Does this set have the amplifiers

Honestly, I would recommend getting a new aftemarket set and a new head unit. I installed these speakers and am extremely disappointed in the bass and general sound quality. Max volume is 37....I cannot put the volume past 22 or 23 without there being massive distortion .I wish I would have taken the $120 for the pair and put that towards a new setup.

Q: Do these also fit in the back doors as a replacement?

These fit the front and supposed to be the same speaker on the back doors. They fit perfectly on the front doors and sounded great.

Q: Does this set have two speakers?

No...they are about $50 each for these Infinity speakers that have the amplifier in the door that they are attached to.

Q: Does this speake come with replacent screws?

no but you can use originals or some some sheet metal screws from local hardware store
