Worked where nothing else had - a Flexi connector to a float valve that was just not reachable with anything else - this tool did the job in seconds. Made of plastic so some concerns about how ultimately sturdy it is but certainly strong enough to undo and do up pluming fittings.

Great product but i mistakenly got tje wrong size this only opens sink bolts of 2cm-2.7cm i thought it would open the 4cm/1.5inch nut for taps and plug holes... apart from that very strong and looks like it will come into use in the future

It's too soft like it's 3d print of some real stuff, to tackle old seized up hard to reach fittings it should be more strong and hard material

I'm ok at DIY, but not an expert by any means. The one thing that I dread is struggling with access when plumbing in washbasins, sinks, toilets, etc. The hours of wasted, and the knuckles I've bruised. I didn't even know this tool existed, I have loads of spanners, wrenches, a lot of which are specifically for plumbing in basins, etc.,, but there's very often one connection that will take me hours of messing about with before it's tight enough to prevent leaking, just due to not being able to get a proper grip onto a nut.This is brilliant - allows easy access with or without a pipe already connected at both ends. If access isn't a problem then other tools work just as well (maybe better), but on occasions when access is a problem this can save you hours.I spent best part of a day, trying to tighten the nut on a cistern inlet hose but just couldn't get it tight enough to stop an annoying drip. This tool arrived the following day and it took longer to unbox it, than it took to tighten (an apparently already tight) nut and leak stopped. Perfect.

The size does not fit to use as well the body present not rigid enough. It asked returning to China while I clicked returning parts and printing the returning tag. It did not show the information of that should return to China once you wanted return the product. I believe I would not order it if I was told before place order. I am not sure how much I should pay to post the box to China!

As a caretaker at a school, changing taps on tiny basins is challenging to say the least. This is the only socket that I have used successfully where other basin wrenches are too bulky. Even though it's completely plastic it is sturdy and now a permanent fixture in my toolbox.

it feels strong and looks the business, just haven't found a chance to use it as it doesn't fit under any basin/sink :(

Not bad but not great either did the job I wanted it for.
