I like the guide and how it’s assisting me in using my body vibration plate. The size is large enough to see from a distance, very practical and functional. I do not believe that it’s a good value for the money, it’s overpriced. But at the time it was the best visual to help me learn how to target specific muscle while using my body vibration machine.

I bought this whole body vibration poster & it is AMAZING!! It shows so many positions, & is so easy to glance at while on the WBV machine. I really like that it’s laminated & super durable too. There are not other posters out there with this quality, colors & layout. Worth the buy. I cannot recommend it enough!!

Helpful and great value for the money but I don’t understand why there’d be a huge orange bar code sticker (that leaves a sticky residue) on the front of the poster instead of the plain white back side. Hopefully you don’t create this headache for future customers.

I think you could have made a profit at half the price. But I will keep it.

My husband and I have been using our vibration plate for several months now, on our own or with YouTube videos. We love this new poster, and now have it hanging right near our exercise area. It's great, and we both recommend it.

Arrived as scheduled and mounted on wall, easy to follow instructions and wipe clean, if necessary.
