Q: What is the diameter of the belt drive wheel?

The drive wheel is about 8" in diameter. The other wheel is about 4" in diameter. That's an estimate without measuring it.

Q: Is there an option to buy without motor?

I don't believe they do, but other companies do. I think this model is an albatross as any bladesmith will tell you the minimum motor size for a 2x72 should be 1.5 HP I almost bought a 1" x42" Grizzly belt grinder for handle work or finishing, but I asked Grizzly if they offered a military discount, they gave me a song and dance reply suggesting I subscribe to their email flyer, (which I had done previously) their flyers never offered a military savings, so I bought 1"x42" grinder from a USA company that did. Then I unsubscribed as their near daily emails were repetitive. I will say however that Grizzly makes better than average tools. But what I bought was on par with the Grizzly grinder.

Q: Will this grinder tilt to lay flat?

The belt arm on the G1015 is designed to tilt vertically or horizontally.

Q: Does it come in 230V?

Mine came wired for 110 . Give Grizzly a call to see if they can wire it for 220 .
