HIPZBAG (5.5" x 5.5" x 1", Black), Jet Black, Size 5.5

This is a great, useful, minimalistic bag! It has a set of card slits, a small pocket which perfectly fits my set of earbuds, enough open space to stuff a lipgloss or random small items such as receipts, and a back pocket which my iPhone slips into for easy access and a feeling of security. I use my hipzip every day, clipping it onto my pants' belt loops or using the strap it came with.I only have two critiques of it: 1) the strap does not have enough variability for me to cinch it snugly around my waist when wearing a dress without pockets. It would probably do this for many people, but I am a slim person, 28" waist, so it hangs more like a gun holster from a classic western film, the strap resting on the top of one of my hips, the bag laying flat against my other one. 2) The swivel hooks work great if you want to wear it around your hips, but they do not adapt as well to wearing the bag as a purse: the faux leather attachment pieces bend unnaturally and still leave the bag hanging at an odd angle.However, those small flaws are far outweighed by the fact that I don't have to unload and reload my pockets every time I change which pair of pants I am wearing for the day, as I have long since given up the cumbersomeness and frustration of constantly carrying a purse.

I really like the idea and design of the bag- it is really cute- but on the very first day I used it out (tonight), the zipper pull fell off somewhere within the first few times of opening/closing the bag, which made it a real pain to use after that. Also, when I first opened it, there was a weird yellowy dried up worm or plasticky thing stuck on the bottom of the bag. It wasn't a huge deal so i just threw it out, but it was kinda gross seeing it there when it was supposed to be a brand new bag. I would have given this more stars if the zipper pull hadn't fallen off and affected the usability today.

I love this product. I would have given it 5 stars but the metal pieces on it are somewhat flimsy and cheap. I've had it for 2 years and I use it quite a bit. So far, it's held up except for one of the metal clasps on the side has bent after having it only for 3 months and I had to get it fixed. The guy that fixed it said if it bends again, it will probably break permanently. Bummer. Also, yesterday the metal zipper pull broke in half. :-( Despite all that, I would probably order another one. It's the perfect size and the rest of the product is leather and in excellent condition and has held up well.

I really love this hip bag! It is very well made, and it was able to hold everything that I carry with me on a daily basis such as: my cards, my cash, my keys, my galaxy s3 and my feminine products. The back pocket works perfect for hiding my feminine products or to put my keys in there or I can even hook them outside the bag for easy access. There is an inside pocket, which is where I put my cash and there are 4 card pockets for my cards. I chose to put my phone on the inside, and I am still able to zip the bag with it inside. My phone can also fit in the back pocket, but I prefer to use it for other things. The item looks just like the advertised product; however, the advertisement failed to show a picture of the pockets inside of the bag, so I took a picture of it to share with you. The belt is a little loose on me so I decided to hook it to the adjustment buckle to make it a little shorter as shown on the last picture. I also used a small clip to hook it together and hold my keys. My hips are about 36 inches around at the largest part. It works perfectly as a cross body purse also. It’s super cute pouch but the zipper pull broke after the first use. I didn’t bother with an exchange because I figured that a cheap zipper is a cheap zipper and a replacement would have the same issue and I hate return hassles. Instead, I attached my own zipper pull and it works fine. If this product came with a better quality zipper than I would have given it a five star rating.Updated: now the part of the zipper that the zipper pull was attached to broke. Cute purse. Cheap zipper. Currently I can still open and close the zipper but the tab and hook are gone. I have to pull on the zipper head itself to close the purse.

I love this little bag. Wide range for sizing, and I love that you can unclip the strap and clip directly on belt loops. If I could change one thing, it would be for the back to have a zipper, so I didn't have to worry about my phone or anything else I put in that part might fall out. Overall, I couldn't be happier, it was exactly what I was looking for, and I think I searched and started looking at about 6 or 7, and narrowed it down. I might buy one just a tad bigger soon, but this is more than adequate for necessities. Fits cash/cards, keys, phone, a small makeup item or two, and a travel kleenex.

I loved this product. Nice quality. But I wore it for only the second time, around my waist, to a concert. I noticed that the metal had bent a bit mid-way through the night, and by the end of the night I had lost my entire purse, credit card, ID, cash and all, as it had apparently fallen off. This should not happen with a purse that clips around your waist. I can only guess that the metal bent even more and it completely came loose. Disappointed. I did not have weight inside as the purse is so tiny it only fits an iPhone 6 when the case is removed.
