Import two CD pressing of the original soundtrack to the 2009 film from director Richard Curtis (Four Weddings & A Funeral, Notting Hill, Love Actually). Bringing together some of Curtis' favorite songs, this soundtrack is truly integral to the movie. It features some of the greatest songs from the '60s and '70s, as well as the odd gem from the '80s. A new version of "Stay With Me Baby" performed by Duffy, meanwhile, provides the backdrop to one of the film's most poignant moments. Includes cuts from The Kinks, The Turtles, The Beach Boys, Herb Alpert, David Bowie, The Who, The Moody Blues, The Isley Brothers and many others. 35 tracks. Mercury.

Radio Rock is Awesome!
I read the previous reviews and ordered the UK (Radio Rock) release as it had 4 more songs than the US (Pirate Radio) release. Music is so spot on. Excellent quality and clarity A progression of early to late 60's rock. Would recommend it to any one who grew up during this time. Just so many GOOD memories on this 2 disc set.

Let's get under the cover's..!!
After watching the film I just had to buy the two CD disc set and it doesn't disappoint.!! All the tracks chosen are perfectly placed EXCEPT .one.. Why oh why is David Bowie's " Let's Dance " on this great album..?? As much as I have always admired Bowie when this comes on I turn it off.Otherwise a definite recommendation.!!

"The Boat that Rocked"--a fun CD set!
I was so happy to find this 2-CD set after I saw the movie "Pirate Radio." The British Invasion songs of the 60s are fun to listen to again, and sometimes, just plain silly. It's wonderful to have so many on CDs, and I play them a lot in the car when I'm driving long distances. The seller offered a great price and the CDs were shipped in good time.

They are a good mix of different artist
My friend told me about the soundtrack from the film Pirate Radio. He said the CD title was changed for legal issues. Most of the songs are from the mid sixties. They are a good mix of different artist. Brings back good memories. Highly recommend it.
