This camera is fantastic - sometimes when the weather is not great you have to move it and get it to auto focus because it will go out of focus and get a little fuzzy but it easily corrects itself. I had a little trouble getting it connected to my recorder but after getting that done it works flawlessly - you still have to reconnect it after your system updates because it sometimes doesn't auto connect but it's great that it works from a stand alone app and SD card and that it integrates with the recorder and shows up on that app along with the rest of the cameras. It has a great zoom and the pan and tilt features are awesome as well! I haven't used the 2 way audio much but the time I tried it my grandkids heard me fine but I think I need to check volume because there was a great deal of distortion on my end for trying to hear them I could not understand what they were saying. Overall --- LOVE this camera

2nd camera to replace the first one that fogged up and would not unfog this making the picture cloudy. This one will not connect to the App and is undiscoverable. Save yourself the time and effort and buy a different camera. The first camera before it clouded was a beautiful clear picture. It only lasted a few days. It was not in the open elements. It was mounted on the house under the eave so it did not get direct rain and still became cloudy after the first shower and never cleared. Both are going back!

Purchased this camera to monitor our lower yard. The image could be better but isn't too bad. It has a good zoom and focus capability. I like the tracking feature that will follow moving objects. The app is somewhat easy to use. I have had some issues with night vision and wifi connection. The night vision seems to intermittently turn on and off for no reason. Often, the camera will disconnect from the wifi and I have to unplug it and then plug it back in. Overall, it does the trick and I would consider it again.

It works great until you lose power, this happens at least every Sunday where I live. After that it loses its memory on connecting to your wi fi. Mine no longer connects at all. Purchased it in April. went through cust. svc. and tech help, even youtube, nothing worked. It now sits on top of a pole looking into nowhere. after every power outage the dome will re-start than move around for a few minutes than stop.

I've been using this camera for about a month. I encountered problems with the initial installation, but this was due to my VPN. Once the VPN was disabled, installation went as described in the manual. Day light picture quality is good. Night vision is average. Its missing some features important to me, like support for HTTPS and guest accounts, I configured my router for remote camera access, which worked fine via HTTP, but I was unable to configure the recommended app (iSmCam) for remote access. I ended up purchasing Onvifer for remote access. Unfortunately Onvifer does not support some camera controls. You can create predefined views, but during the course of a month, the camera has lost these view settings three times requiring me to re-enter them (frustrating). I purchased the camera on sale for $119. For the price its an acceptable basic outdoor wireless camera.

PTZ IP Dome Camera ReviewI like this camera overall quite a bit but the customer service was one of the best I experienced on Amazon. I ordered this right after I had to return a very similar camera because of major setup problems. Not knowing what to expect I read the clear and colorful instructions (42 pages English) and found it easy to setup the camera to my Wi-Fi. I was prepared for another possible ordeal like I had with that previous camera. It worked great.But I had quite a few questions about using the computer software and some of the camera’s functions. I contacted customer service and I quickly heard back from Abby. Over the course of a couple of weeks she quickly would respond to my many technical questions. She even checked back to see if I had any more questions. That’s good service.After 30 days of using Tonton 1080P PTZ IP Dome camera it’s worth 5 stars. I give customer service (Abby) 5 stars. My only minor complaint is not with the camera it’s the App. It functions quite well but could use an upgrade. The computer software is much better and gives you many more options.

This camera was easily installed and has a great picture. I will probably add an infrared illuminator to brighten it up a bit at night. It does well but I personally like to brighten up the night time because we use this to view the animals roaming around the yard at night. We watch deer, racoons,fox and the like and enjoy seeing them interact. It is amazing what you can see them do. All in all I am very satisfied with this camera.

You will not just throw away your money, you will burn a lot of time trying to adjust it, you will be ready to pay twice more fore an idea never buy it, but it’s too late. It did work not bad for a price for 2-3 days, after that worth and worth. Now it’s not possible to focus, change position, check alarm video , no sound, frozen connection . I can’t change anything but getting alarm every minute and can’t stop it. Just keep away from this headache.
