Levy's Leathers MC8-BLK 2" cotton guitar strap with suede ends and tri-glide adjustment. Adjustable to 58"; Black

Love Levy's woven straps for the majority of my guitars. They're relatively inexpensive but extremely well made and they look fantastic for years and years. I trust my $4000 guitars on them.

I bought this to replace a nylon guitar strap I was using with a Firebird type guitar that was a little neck heavy even after installing lighter tuners. I liked the off-white, natural cotton color. It was easy to adjust to the length I had my other strap lengthened too, however, I noticed I had to extend it a lot, almost to the very end of the 58". I'm 5'7", and sling my guitar not extremely close, or slung extremely low either. It gave me the length I needed, with a little bit of room to go longer, but I mention for anybody interested, to measure the length they set their favorite strap to when considering. Once installed, it worked and did the job I wanted it for. It's breathable, not too light, or too heavy, and stays in position when slung on my shoulder. There's no care instructions, but I washed it in cold water in my washing machine to get the new clothes/fabric smell out. Came out great, the suede takes time to get back to its shape/texture, but it's no longer embossed with the logo. I don't mind, but I mention as an fyi to potential buyers. If you're looking for a strap in this line, you won't be disappointed.

I haven't been playing guitar for long, so don't have a lot of comparison to make, but I really like this over the one other guitar strap I've tried. The cotton cloth is super flexible but doesn't stretch a whole lot - feels really nice in the hand. The leather ends feel nice against the guitar without me worrying that it's going to scratch the guitar, but still had a really solid fit. Adjusts easy once it's on.

Suede ends are soft and supple with no chance of marring the guitar's finish. Holes are perfectly sized and optimal thickness for my application. Even though getting the strap on the pegs was easy, I don't sense locks will be necessary. The strap itself clocks in at 1/16" thick and has the perfect blend of rigidity and flexibility with that good feel of cotton. An upgrade from my other polypropylene straps for sure. Great craftsmanship, incredible deal, and makes my RG look great lol

I own a lot of guitars and every one has a strap. I've tried a lot of brands and types. I like these best. Very comfortable and will stop neck dive if you're having that problem. All I buy now.

Very tight button holes. Requires full strength fingers to apply correctly when brand new. This is good , will not fail for long time. Complaints about the missed black dye on inside face of back side are correct , but silly.

Works great for bass. The strap ends are nice and tight, and fit strap locks well.

I’m strapped up playing a guitar and you can be too if you buy this. Or don’t buy it. Rock and roll baby woohoo. Play guitar and get the money. Forever. Dream big! So big! This is a guitar strap. Do it. I love you.

Works fine. Good quality strap with tight fittings, so that they won't slip off. Comfortable.
