Very worth it!!!
The lamp on my epson went out and I ordered this next day delivery from Amazon. It arrived the next day, as promised. I was, and am, very pleasantly surprised at the positive difference.

Save your money
Amended review - 35 days and the bulb not only burned out, it actually exploded - bought my replacement directly from Epson and little irritated to find it was actually cheaper.Great picture, clear and sharp. Works as well as the original bulb. Time will tell on longevity. Also super easy to install which I did with a screwdriver while my projector remained ceiling mounted

Works great my projector is working fine.
I have a projection projector. I got this lamp and installed it within minutes and turned my projector on, picture is so much brighter, as of now everything is perfect.

Working great!
The original lamp had dimmed over time, because the picture seems noticeably brighter and clearer with this new bulb. I received the bulb in two days with free shipping - love that Amazon service.

It worked but within a month it blew again.

Didn't work out of the box
Got it and replaced the bulb and instantly got the lamp error and it wasn't working. Returning it for a replacement. Seeing if it was just a bad luck and I got a dud bulb.Update. Got the replacement. Interesting that this one not only came in a cellophane wrape around the box but the bulb also came in a plastic bag. The previous one was in an unsealed box with just the Styrofoam padding around it. But this one plugged in and started up no problem. Looks bright. Hopefully it lasts.

Brilliant light but not for long. Don’t buy!
Projector lamp needed to be changed for the kids gaming room. Got it in a good amount of time, switched the lamp out with the old one. Wow! Bright and sharp beautiful picture… for about a week. Then out of nowhere in the middle of my youngest fortnight game, he started screaming the projector quit! Frantically telling his gaming buddies he can not see what’s going on because his projector went out. Switch the old one back in and back to the gaming they went. Thank god I didn’t throw the old one out yet. Do not buy!
