This is a great vacuum head. I had previously used a brush only head and found that it put more into suspension than it removed. This head is extremely well designed and has just the right amount of flexibility. It removes the vast majority of bottom dirt and precipitate rather than just kicking back up into the water. We have lots of tree pollen and so this was very important. It works great.

I was so excited about the size (length) and the fact that you could vacuum leaves and brush at the same time. Today, Feb. 18, 2021 is the first time I used it. We have an 18 x 36 Inground kidney shaped pool. It was so difficult for me to push around on the Diamond Brite surface. The wheels did not even touch, only the brushes and I could not push it around. So the brushes are useless. Because the wheels didn't touch to make it easy to roll around I had to lift it up and put it over the leaves for it to suck them up. Since I received it in January it is too late for me to return it. My fault. I should have tried it immediately. Lesson learned.

I've been trying to purchase higher grade items to make sure they last longer. This Commercial grade head is extra wide so It thought it would also make better efficiency while vacuuming my pool.The product is built pretty sturdy. When I used the product, the ends would curl, not making contact with the entire vacuum head surface. It seems like the weights are not enough to keep the bendy vacuum head down, even with strong suction. I maxed out my 4 hp pump just to make sure it wasn't an issue of suction yet it had no effect. The vacuum keeps a bit of distance from the pool bottom as the brush bristles are so long, not even the wheels make contact with the pool ground. Instead of fussing with adding weights and/or trimming bristles I just sent it back and bought the standard head from another manufacturer. Bummer.

I thought that i was going to get some cheap knockoff but this product has surpassed my expectations for half the cost at leslies pool supply or lowes/homedepot. The shipping was quick also. With the vacuum being 19in wide i can now clean my pool quicker. It is nice that the product has wheels and bristles that also brush the pool floor. So it is a 2 in one. Saves alot of time.

The worst thing is it is wide and does not suction dirt from the ends, only about 3/4 usable width. The brushes mean you can skip sweep-down of the sides and just go straight to vacuuming. I have a couple of roller tires that are slipping off their wheels each time I use it, possibly due to angles and steps where they drag a bit. I just push them back into place but there should be a better tire/wheel fit really.

I'm torn between giving this product a 3 or 4 star rating. Overall I like it and it seems to be a pretty quality item but there is one major flaw with the design. I have a lot of curves in my pool and at least every other time I use this item and try to go around all of these curves I end up popping the spring out of place. Granted this is not very hard to fix but still very inconvenient. They should definitely change the design to hold the spring into place better.

Vacuum head is a touch light and comes off the bottom if moved to fast, however this vacuum covers a lot of ground quickly. It's a real time saver.
