This pork cracklings is the REAL deal people. I’ve been looking for this kind for over 15 yrs. I bought it once at a local Asian market many years ago, but they stopped carrying it once I got hooked on this kind of pork crackling l. No lies!!! I’m tired of those at typical groceries that have texture like biting on styrofoam, bubbling stuff. This has a little heat but not fiercely hot. So flavorful. If you like pork crackling, you gotta try it.
