Well, the tally of my purchases shows that I’m on my 17th bottle of this supplement, so obviously the Movewell brand is indeed working well for me. I do not take it for pain per se, but rather for stiffness in my knees and to reduce the popping-n-crackling sounds that used to occur when I did squats during my exercise routine. I only take two capsules a day, and Movewell has been very effective for me — from the time of my first bottle way back when all the way up to present day. I’m over 55 and do lower-body exercises basically every day (lunges, squats, curtsey moves, lateral slides, etc), and this supplement has made it possible for me to do these movements with ease. I take the capsules on an empty stomach, and I’ve experienced no stomach upset at all. I only wish this brand was less expensive.

I tried this MoveWell and it worked well for me, it relieve pain and also makes movements easier. This product is priced reasonable as well. I would recommend this product for those who need relief from pain and stiffness in their bodies. Thank you Move Well

Very easy to swallow capsule. Works well in keeping my sore knees in check. Downside is that you have to take 4 capsules a day. I tried on taking 2 but it doesn't work as well.

This seems to help my knee joints move more smoothly and easily. Glad to have found it.

I have arthritis in my knees, shoulders, thumb joints , hips and probably more. I've been taking this for 2 months and just received my third months bottle. I'm still not sure. My knees are still pretty much the same. The shoulders seem a little better. My hips are getting worse as are my hands and thumbs. I'm going to hang in there a little longer. These are BIG capsules! The recommended dose is 4. I'm taking 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. I'm thinking of switching to all 4 at once to see if it works better that way.

Order arrived next day. No after taste and easy to swallow. These capsules have helped reduce so many of my aches and pains. I forgot to order and ran out that is when I realized how much these capsules have been helping.

This stuff was a waste of money. Didn’t help at all. I was using schiff brand and my knee was feeling great. Saw this stuff and thought it could be an old fit. A few days of using this and my knee pain came back and it’s very painful. Went back to Schiff brand and ta da… knee pain nearly gone. I can’t return this either so I wasted my money.
