Perfect for the price!
First off, the price is right so I after I bought mine, I got one for my husband. The batter life is fantastic. One plus is the reversible plug USB Type-C cable charger, can also be used for your newer smart phone or tablets with the same outlet. It is a fast charger for either device. The screen is not perfect for video but when you go full screen it is good. I have been watching shows on it and the sound is fantastic. It is super fast, when you are doing regular browsing, social media, etc. I don't like that there is no delete key or cap lock but I figured it out. My printer didn't work with it, a Canon 2522 but my new HP prisma worked immediately. I love the big screen and it is very light weight. It has an ear phone jack and USB printer outlet and an extra one on the other side to charge your phone if you have an extra one. It does not come with any USB cables for printers, so keep your old one.

Good Chromebook
I bought this version for my father after he complained about viruses and antivirus software and all those persistent companies that put them on your computer to sell you the cure, I then liked it so I bought a more beefed up version for myself. So I'll write what he liked about this version. No worries about updates interrupting your use, no malware or antivirus pop-ups. It is super fast! The touchpad is super sensitive and 'clicks' items all the time when you're simply trying to scroll. You have to use two fingers to do so since there is no buttons to right click or left click. you can drag by pressing down on the touchpad though. Chromebooks can be tricky when finding printers that'll work with them so keep that in mind. The advertisement makes it out like the screen will blow your mind when you see it. It looks like a normal screen and there's nothing impressive whatsoever about it, although it is the advertised size.

Great laptop but charging cord is not long enough and not durable.
The only part I liked about this purchase is the laptop itself. The charger that came with it broke after 5 years. It had to order a new one yesterday 😕. I hope you send a new charger.,

Nice Laptop . Just what I was expecting and needed
I really like this laptop. I did not know that to plug in my speakers and copier Id need a USB C to VGA HDMI MultiPort Adapter, USB C Hub (5 in 1), with 4K HDMI VGA Port, 100W Power Delivery, USB 3.0 Data Port, 3.5mm Mic/Audio Jack. But Amazon had that also and I ordered it and expect it tomorrow. I guess Im not up on what changes have been made since my last new laptop 2 years ago. I like the screen size and how thin this laptop is also light to carry around . Id tell my friends to get one.

Easy To Setup and Works Well
I bought four of these recently for clients and family members. All set up in flash. None of the nonsense and hoops you have to jump though with Windows these day. Wish they had a 128G SSD but just plugged in a Samsung 128G micro SD and problem solved. It would also be nice if it had 2 USB 3.0s instead of one but that was easy enough to fix as well. I have really come to appreciate Chrome OS over the last couple of years. I not only recommend to clients but I have moved my personal data needs to it as well. My Windows 10 computer has been relegated to some legacy stuff I occasionally need to access.

NEVER EVEN CONSIDER A CHROMEBOOK
Update after a year......I've been in IT since before it was called IT. We were one of the first 100,000 that bought the original PC1. I know what I'm doing, technically at least.Bought a chromebook from Amazon and its been nothing but one big dumpsterfire of a mistake. the operating system is garbage, it wouldn't even make a good anchor. it is now in my trashbin after spending hours trying to log in. I had discarded it about 6 months ago because it had only crummy imitations of office products. then after letting it sit on the shelf for 6 months, I thought it would behave. but no.Now it is in a login loop. asks email, password then goes to 2FA (which is by the way a stupid security blanket) and then asks for email again.I will never ever again buy a computer from Amazon. The lenovo I bough absolutely crapped out (DEAD) about 1 month after the return period. Amazon provided NO SUPPORT WHATSOEVER. Between that and the chromebook and the win11 mess I can't say enough bad about Amazon.I advise anyone, newbie or experienced computer dude or dudette, to not buy a chromebook. I realize this leave you with Windows 11 or Linux. If you want to hack yourself a computer, try Linux, otherwise swallow every bit of your pride and go Win11. It is a useless, bloated POS, but at least it works, most of the time. that is until Microcrap puts out another mandatory update and screws everything up.I'm thinking about going full Luddite. Don't need this aggravation any more. Maybe I can build a desktop box, install my old copy of Windows 7. that was the last time you could actually get an OK that wasn't a train wreck.but seriously, DO NOT BUY A CHROMEBOOK.

Bought 3 of these
I like this product. I bought 2 new and then I bought one more (Amazon Warehouse). Charger went bad on one of them in less than a year. They replaced it.Update bought another one.... Total of 4.I prefer a laptop to tablets for browsing, thus this is what I keep coming back to.I have a desktop Windows 11 pc for heavy work, that I can remote into if I require Windows on the road or in another room.My guidance for anyone buying a Chromebook... understand Google Auto Update policy... and how that model fits in there... meaning a cheap Chromebook that has a near AUP expiration is a bad buy... these 4 turn into pumpkins on Jun 2026.
