For the price they’re ok , I bought them to lock a bracelet that constantly unlocked itself and I thought I’d lost it . I thought these would be fine when it said small lock but far too large for my needs , shame really because they are nice with the little keys

It says "two sets". It not it's two padlocks in total. A set would have to be more than one so many would assume you are getting two sets of two.
