I have the chopped. The pieces are a little bigger than minced onion. They are about 3/8-1/2" long. Very fresh and fragrant. They store well in a tight container. I use them a lot in roasts, spaghetti sauce, any recipe that needs onion. You can also reconstitute them in warm water.
