Purchased as Replacement for 6152 Circuit Board Assembly (ISS Transmitter)
My Davis Vantage Pro2 integrated sensor suite (ISS) circuit board failed after 14 years of continual service (Davis Part No. 6152). This is a wireless transmitter. I purchased this wireless transmitter (Part No. 7345.976) as a replacement for my failed Part No. 6152.Part No. 7345.976 comes with the rear portion of the housing box and the circuit board assembly (i.e., no solar front cover is provided). No plastic clip is provided to connect the sensor box to the weather station; your old clip should work just fine. You can also reuse your solar front cover from you old transmitter or purchase a new solar front cover (solar front covers are available on Amazon and elsewhere - Part No. 7345.114).Replacement was quite simple. Unplug sensors from the circuit board assembly. Remove old circuit board assembly from weather station by pulling up on the white clip behind the assembly. Install and clip in the new circuit board assembly to weather station and plug sensors into the appropriate ports on the circuit board. Plug in solar front cover to circuit board and close cover. If your weather station signal is set as "Station 1," then the dip switches should already be preset on your new circuit board (Part No. 7345.976) - they should all be in the down position. Reset your receiver and it should pick up the new transmitter's signal within a minute or two.I also installed a new temperature/humidity sensor (Part No. 3000353 7346-166) at the same time I replaced the circuit board. I've read elsewhere that it is common to have the temperature/humidity sensor fail after 10 to 15 years of service.

Great reliability
Worked as expected. I have used Davis Instruments products for over 10 years and I continue to be impressed with their quality and reliability. This item worked for 9 years in the Texas sun before a hail storm did it in.

Did the job!
Not cheap, but my station is working again. Easy installation too.

Fixed my transmission issues. Original board lasted 10+ years...hoping this one lasts just as long.

While a different part number, this was a drop in replacement. Works perfectly.
