Q: Will this fit in a 2020 toyota rav4 xle??

Am sure it will, it fits a wide range of vehicles because of the short din and the mounting screen , I have limited space in my 1998 Lexus gs300 and it fits perfectly.

Q: Will this work in my 2016 Tacoma? And can I still use blue tooth for calls and does it integrate with the multi information display screen?

I installed it in my 2021 Tacoma and it works great. I had to install with a maestro rr and the their Toyota wiring harness for the steering wheel controls to work.
