Way better than expected!
Waaaay better than expected. Once I used it worked great and did the trick. Yes its glass, but its a bit thicker than others I have used and it came with a good plastic protective case. As long as you are careful it will last for a long time and you cant beat the price. I do recommend for someone starting out or as an inexpensive replacement.

It was great till it broke
Was reading fine on some things. Then all of a sudden everything was 10% or 0%. I had washed it off, then placed it back in the beaker. It didn’t sound as if it hit hard. But it started reading off and there is now fog in the weight beads. Either the water temperature washing it hair line cracked it, or placing it in the beaker cracked it. 4 ⭐️s because it was one of my actions that broke it, but it was not an extreme action that broke it. Just be careful with them, they are glass after all. They are built fine enough to do the job right. They are easy to read and accurate enough. You can’t beat the price. I will buy them agin at this price as you can not beat the value.

These are the LD Carlson brand
I ordered from another vendor and got one that did not even last the whole run, it got a hole in it. Not cracked or Broken, a chunk where the weight and wax is just chipped out in a jagged oval small piece. Anyhow he said he will get me another one out, so I ordered this one cause it stated Sunday delivery and free. I bought two, they say if you buy two you will always have two, if you buy one you will have to buy another...Any how the one replaced was what appears to be thinner glass then these by LD Carlson opposed to a vanity or moniker one by another Vendor. I like these better, they seem a little thicker glass. Anyhow treat these like a contact lens and you should be good.

Cheap material
Does the job, and compared to my more expensive ones it's just as accurate. But the glass is super thin and cheaply processed. Be very diligent and carefully not to tap or bump the glass on anything ,they break easily.
