Excellent Displayport Switch
Excellent switcher. Works well on my Dell 34 inch curved monitor. I can easily switch between my work laptop and my home pc without having to swap plugs. Just get this 2 way switcher and a bluetooth mouse and keyboard and you can easily use 2 computers with 1 monitor

Get 3 DP cables and enjoy 1 monitor with 2 different PC's with push-button switching!
Exactly what I needed. My use case: I have one QHD (2K resolution) monitor. I wanted to switch, ONE AT A TIME, between an overpowered, high-power-draw gaming rig, and a much less powerful eco-mode PC for general tasks and older/1080p gaming.Instead of fishing for the DP cable, pulling it out of PC #1, pulling the other PC away from wall and finally plugging said cable into PC #2, I can now just push the button. The light easily tells me if I have switched my monitor display to the intended computer.Best (under) $20 I have spent since buying my terrier puppy a nearly-indestructible flavor bone. Thanks thanks!

Switch between two PCs
Long and short: If you have a 2k or above monitor that you want to hook two PCs up to, this is your bag. 3 male-to-male Displayport cords required.Bought out of a need to swap my 2k monitor between two pcs. Be forewarned, it does not come with a cable of its own, so you'll need 3 (Three[III]) cables to get it to work properly. Do not use adapter cables, or a cable that is Displayport on one end and a different kind on the other. They don't work. Just Displayport male to male, here.As for the picture quality, that was why I got this. My monitor has only one DP on it and two HDMI, and both computers would not use the 2K resolution unless plugged into the DP, thus this product. Both PCs hooked up to the switcher, and the switcher hooked up to the monitor itself. Easy as pie.The switcher is made of a hefty, sturdy feeling metal case. It feels reliable at the time of this review. There's one button, two lights to show which device you're looking at that you switch between the press of said button. It is all powered by a single 5V USB-C port that must be plugged into your computer, which is required to use the switcher. Fortunately the usb cord is supplied. It's a little cramped behind my PC as a result, but for a good cause.I paired these cords (black friday sale) with the switcher, and they work well.https://a.co/d/1M0cT8G

Description is full of lies
This product simply does not work as described, and I'd wager several thousand dollars that the seller knows this. This switch struggles to work at even 59Hz on most resolutions. The description shows this will work with 1440p at 120Hz+. Let me amend that: Over the course of flipping the switch 200+ times, it may work at 120Hz+ a sum total of 3 times. This switch does not consistently allow any level of performance. In fact, if I change my display settings, it will cause my monitor to absolutely freak out for a solid 30 seconds. If I'm lucky, I'll have been able to change up my frame rate from 59 to 84. Otherwise, both of my screens will simply go blank - even the screen not connected to the switch! It CAN work at 120Hz+ on RANDOM occasions after potentially HUNDREDS of attempts. Lies. Blatant lies.If the price is too good to be true... yeah, it's too good to be true. This will work as a very basic KVM. It is NOT a competitor to more expensive switches. If you're looking for 100Hz+ on any resolution, G-Sync compatibility, or smooth transitioning between both computers, look elsewhere and expect to pay upwards of 100 USD, 250 USD, or 500 USD depending on if you want 1, 2, or 3 of these features.

Avoid unless 1440P or less
Build quality seems fine on the outside, but it is simply not capable of the specs as advertised. I bought two, and neither of them will work with my ultrawide screen. It will turn off and on, flicker, or simply not turn on at all. They did work fine with my two 1440p monitors, even at 100hz. I would suspect this is their limit, and they simply lied about its capabilities. For the price, I would say it is fine for a 1440 or 1080 monitor, but not for anything else. As others have said, the power cable is WAY too short, and it's a barrel connector, so it's not like you could just use a spare USB cable. Overall, I would say avoid this one.
