Great hot tub!
Such an excellent buy! This was easy to set up; I am a small, not strong person with no general experience of setting up anything and I did it by myself so it was ready when my children got in from school. The hardest part was the last hand pump to get the creases out and attaching the filter part. I will say I didn’t use the instructions I typed in setting up my Lay Z spa on YouTube and a nice man guided me through it!Once set up I will say it took me a few days to get my head around chemicals. I would say make sure you have a chlorine dispenser and tablets ready to go. I have since bought chlorine tablets, pool clear - algecide and testing strips. All just cheapest on Amazon. I am now on top of it. I put algecide every evening and a chlorine tablet each day (mine are big ones) As well as fishing bits out with net and cleaning filter after each use, so for us daily. Our water is crystal clear and although it sounds complex it did only take about a day or two for me to work out. We had two cloudy days and it was killing me!Size: I am so glad we paid more for the bigger size. Our children 5 and 8 (but small 5 and 8) have plenty of room to play. We have had all 4 of us in it and again kids could play while we sat. We’ve had 4 kids on a play date and that was really fun! What I can say is I considered the 2 -4 size as we have 4 in our family and I can safely say it would NOT have been anywhere near big enough. I am really glad we got this one.As we use ours everyday I read it is cheaper to keep it running all the time. We lower temperature to 30 at night and then turn it back up on morning as bubbles lower temperature. It isn’t noisy no one has said anything and our neighbours would tell us!Overall a fantastic purchase!

Loads of room
Fantastic spa with having thin walls this gives you much more room inside the tub, the floor is well insulated and padded, I also use the lay z spa foam matt underneath too.Holds the heat well when the lid is on and keeps temp when in use until you use the bubbles, drops a degree or two then.

The best hottub for your money 😜
The media could not be loaded. I've got to tell you, this has far exceeded my expectations. We have had 3 blowup hottubs over the last 5 years from another company, but this one will definitely take some beating. The build and material quality is excellent. The walls are so sturdy. The floor of the hottub is very soft to sit on. You really have to own one to know what I mean. You will not get any better for the price. I could go on and on. Just buy one you will not regret it.

Absolute bargain.
Love it. Must buy a thermal cover for all hot tubs as the difference it makes to your electricity bill is unreal. Can be bought from amazon

Good quality worth the additional expense
Only a few weeks in having this ! Always had inflatable hot tubs and they have been fab but this new style, thin walls are brilliant. Makes so much more room. Lovely aesthetically and very pleased with pressure of bubbles etc.

Beware - not made to last!
Sadly I cannot recommend this product due to poor quality control. Liner developed an air leak on the seam after just 3 weeks and a couple of spa sessions. due to poor quality of adhesive application. This cannot be effectively repaired rendering it a hugely expensive waste of money. Sadly product failed slightly passed amazon return window. No problem i thought it will be covered by my registered Lazy spa quarentee, but not so . Due to a hidden clause, they will not accept responsibility despite it being an obvious manufacturer failure in very short order. Their response, you should have read the full warentee terms and conditions prior to purchase. Hands up who goes trailing through pages of tiny warrentee fine print prior to buying a product? No we have faith the product being sold is actually fit for purpose! Now £700 out of pocket and I/m furious. This is not my only experience of helsinki lazy spa, this is now the third spa that i have purchased. The first lasted just over 1 year, the second lasted 9 months, and the this one only 3 weeks! All failed liner. Never again will i waste my money. Be careful folks, its a shoddy product, which would be great if it was made to last.
