The quality of the product is really good. Its well put together, feels solid and the plastic does not feel cheap at all. The design is nice and slim without any sharp or rough edges. The hinge (usually the weakest part) seems quite robust with a good level of resistance (it is easy to open but does not flap around). When closed, the cover sits tight and does not open by itself.The LED light is very bright (on max settings), you can dim it if required and change the colour too. Everything is done with a touchscreen like button that is placed on the surface of the mirror which is really cool as there is no moving parts or cheap plastic buttons than can fall off.The product arrived in a box, which I suppose I could call a gift box. I was surprised by the quality of it. It definitely gives you a premium feeling. In the box you can find a usb cable and a protective sleeve/pouch (which is really useful – no need to worry about your mirror getting scratched or damaged when dropped in a handbag with your keys or other metal objects).The other thing I need to mention is communication, seller – customer interaction. I could not have asked for a better service. I had a few questions/ concerns regarding this product and all of them were answered in no time, in a very polite and professional manner. Clearly, they do care about their customers and try to help in the best possible way.In general, my wife is very happy with this product and I would not hesitate to buy it again or any other products form the Luna range.

I've bought this for my wife for Christmas so won't get proper feedback until then. However, from my point of view this is an attractive, well-constructed thing and the lighting feature is excellent. I know she will love the rose gold colour and I suspect it will mainly be used at home or for trips away where my wife often complains about lack of mirrors and/or good lighting for make-up, In fact it was a recent short trip to Venice, staying in an apartment that prompted my search. Too early to comment on battery life yet. I'm sure the face in the mirror will improve markedly come Christmas Day too!!

Terrible, charged fully and only lasted for one 10 minute make up session . Recharged and worked for another 10 minute session then stopped working .Would not recommend

The best compact mirror I have ever owned! I cannot stress how much I love this mirror! I do my makeup on the train and the 3 light modes make it very easy to make sure I don't miss a spot! It is very compact and comes with a carry pouch so I can throw it in my purse, but also use it at home on a day-to-day basis. I couldn't recommend this more - a MUST HAVE!

So happy with my mirror! I have all 3 Luna London mirrors and I have to say this one is my favourite.The packaging is great - something you can always have on your dressing table.A cover for the mirror too so when it's in your handbag the outside of the mirror does not get scratched.Definitely worth the buy. Rechargeable so no batteries!!Great gift for birthdays or Christmas!

I purchased 2 of the black version- one for myself & one for my sister- my light does not work at all and my sister has said hers is very temperamental. I will return & re-order “, hoping it might be just a faulty batch 🤞

Not only was this delivered quickly, the customer service with this company is second to none!The mirror is just perfect.The light has 3 different shades to choose from and the 7 times magnifying side is amazing. Very easy to charge up too.Fills my hand and very light in weight.Loved it that much that I have also bought some as Christmas gifts for friends.
