Q: How long did shipping take? Wishtrend.com orders take like 20 days to get to the U.S.

I've been waiting over 4 months and keep seeing "running late but it's on the way" so I finally ran out of patience and tried to request cancellation of the order and a refund. My patience was "rewarded" with a big fat NO . so I'm left with the task of contacting the seller and arguing the obvious. Amazon has failed miserably here. Still no refund.

Q: Can someone please provide or list the full list of ingredients? It’s not written in the descriptions, and not included among photos of the product

It is NOT 100% mugwort. This is the actual ingredient list. Water, Artemisia Princeps Extract, 1,2-Hexanediol. Idk why amazon allows this misleading description to be up.

Q: Is this essence fermented ?

I do not believe this essence is fermented. The ingredient list is: Artemisia Princeps Extract 100%. I looked in multiple places online and never once found mention of fermentation (which I avoid because of fungal acne sensitivity, personally).
