Will this work with TRX?

Possibly. The band handle may not be able to go through the anchor loop, but possibly hooked to the carabiner like hook that is typically attached to the top of the TRX band, if that makes sense.

how many pounds does it support ?

I am using at least 50 and it is okay

How long is the strap ?

The band is five and one-half inches long or eleven inches in circumference so it easily fits over our oak newel post knob. The roller in the smaller loop is one and one-half inch wide easily holding a four inch wide thera-band folded over on itself. I image they are fairly uniformly made. It's really rugged.

Will this damage my door?

All I can say is that it did no damage to my door. If you have tight fitting doors, close the door slowly to check if the door closes properly with the strap on it.
