I didn’t wear white clothes from school because my teeth were very yellow and 8 dentists told me the same thing “YOU HAVE THIS ENAMEL COLOR - GET UP WITH IT OR PUT VENEERS.” Thanks to the girl who wrote a review about this and I decided to try .. mine teeth whitened from the last shade to the first!! I use one syringe for 2 weeks, I do whitening 1 time per year or 1 time in 18 months. You don’t need to apply the gel on the caps with a strip; do not irritate. It is important not to eat coloring food for 10 days - beets, cha1, cola, etc., if your teeth are sensitive, then you can use nurofen. I didnt see any difference of 22 and 16% ,so next I will buy 16% again

I have used whitening solutions before on my teeth. I bought this solution to put in my whitening trays and within three minutes of having the solution in my mouth I developed severe pain, and I looked in my mouth, and the inside of my lips and gums were developing chemical burns. I had to immediately take it out and rinse my mouth for about five minutes to get all of the solution out. I would not recommend this product. I have used whitening solutions for years and I’ve never come across this kind of irritation to my mouth. This is not normal.

You'll need a whitening tray, but once you have that, this stuff works perfectly. It's not too harsh and whitens pretty effectively. I'm pleased with this purchase!

I used to buy whitening gel from my dentist at $20 per tube, but this is MUCH less expensive and works just as well if not better. I frequently get comments on how white my teeth are and I usually only whiten my teeth about two times per year (3-4 day cycle).You don't need to use a lot of this gel, as it is very powerful and if you use too much it might "burn" your gums. What ever amount you think you need, use half that amount. Trust me on this.The gel lasts a long time and my teeth are shockingly white.
