Q: Is this polyester resin

No it is not polyester resin. It is epoxy with a 5 to 1 ratio, and cures extremely hard. Polyester should not be used on a repair below the water line. Epoxy will not allow water to absorb into the repaired area.

Q: can I use this to fix lamination on my RV side walls

Worked great for me rebuilding the wall sandwich (fiberglass, thin ply, foam board,,,) after water delamination.

Q: Can you do inside of bathtub with this?

Good Afternoon, this product cures to a high strength, water resistant finish, so using within a bathtub should be fine. Thank you.
