Purchase these as a gift and the color are very vibrant. The color changing happens immediately when the elastics are taken into the sun. It changes back once they return indoors.These are a great addition to rainbow loom elastics to make creative color patterns.The thickness of these elastics is the same quality as many other rainbow loom elastics that I have tried.
