I have used this brand for 3-4 years. I only use them when my sleep cycle is off. These seems to work for me and I only take one pill even though direction say take two. I suspect they would work even better if I took two. They don't work like sleeping pills, but I think they help relax your brain enough so you can fall asleep. I

I only take one of these and they seem to help me fall asleep faster and if I take it an hour before I go to bed then it doesn't give me any groggy feeling in the morning. Seems like a good combination for me and since everyone reacts differently to ingredients, in my opinion, it's worth a try. If I would take 2 the amount of melatonin would give me weird dreams, so I just stick with the one pill.

Glass jar arrived shattered at both the top and bottom. Small pieces of glass were mixed in with the pills. A total loss and no refund or new bottle sent.
