There’s so much people complaining about this product that is just ridiculous. This thing actually works! 👌 I’m not an athlete I’m just a regular guy who plays soccer every week. This energy drink will help you stay focus and full of energy when playing. Taste is fantastic it is not super sweet and the texture is great. Honestly there’s a lot of people saying that the taste feels like kids juice. But in fact they taste like a Gatorade. Orange and lemon flavors are so good!Don’t listen to the crying baby’s out there just try it and play like a beast. In my caseI bet this thing is super good for running as well.Peace ✌️

Taste is really good. As noted below, this is a liquid not a gel. Good pick me up before hard exercise, or if your blood sugar drops for any reason. Primary active ingredient listed as glucose, so it hits fast and strong.

These are great for people with sensitive stomachs. They are more like a liquid so you don't get the gross gel consistency of a lot of similar products. And- the flavors are SO GOOD. These are my go-to marathon training and running energy source!
